Cant believe how Clueless I was
Im learning so much in this weight loss program Ive been in for the last 2 weeks and cant believe how clueless Ive been about weight over the last 15 or so yrs since I started gaining. I thought that if I tried to go as long as I could during the day without eating that I was going to lose weight or that I was doing a good thing. then if I ate smaller but not paying attention at all to calories. I once went on a fat gram counting diet and that was the closest to doing it the right way. I now know that its very important to eat around every 3 1/2 - 4hrs and to keep my total days calorie intake to 1200 or less. Now that Im being educated on healthy living I think I may be able to do this. I just cant believe the stuff I would put in my body now that I know how packed full of calories it has. For example…this is what I thought would be a healthy choice from the McDonalds menu:
Grilled Chicken Club
sm fries
small drink
this is about 1200 calories!!!!!!!! An ENTIRE days worth of calories. I was so DUMB! Im so glad im in this program now before it got insanely out of control. Yikes!

that’s so great that you are really learning. it is amazing isn’t it? i thought i knew alot, but i keep learning more and more!
I know - it is scary, huh….can’t stop at a fast food place without thinking how many points the foos is, and some burgers you get you might as well forget about eating on the diet (I know I caould eat half or something like that)…..
